Information you give us directly through the Free OTA Audit form, the checklist download form or by email — typically your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, website, OTA platform and listing URL, and a description of your business challenge.
Standard technical information collected by our hosting and analytics tools, such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
How we use it
To review your OTA listing and prepare the audit or resource you requested; to contact you about that request; and, where you have agreed, to send occasional OTA growth insights. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your OTA account information with third parties other than the service providers needed to operate this site and our email system.

OTA listing URLs, performance data and account access shared with us during an audit or engagement are treated as confidential business information and are used only to deliver the work you asked for.
Retention
